  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

  • Peak season (27 December 2008 - 3 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 30 nett /room /night, minimum 3 nights stay is required this period.

  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty-one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
