  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2012) surcharge: US$ 32 /night.
  • Peak season (24 December 2012 - 5 January 2013) surcharge: US$ 42 /night, minimum 3 consecutive nights stay is required this period.
  • No check in or check out are allowed on 31 December 2012 and 1 January 2013.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 45 (forty five) days during peak season.
  • No show, cancellation made less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival low season & high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season, early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed / third person surcharge US$ 47 /night.
