Rates are per room per night basis.
Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
Complimentary late check out until 8 PM (advanced confirmation required and subject to availability).
1 (one) night deposit should be transfered 45 (fourty five) days prior to arrival.
Full balance payment should be transfered 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 30 (thirty) days before arrival at low season and high season.
50% of the total room blocking will be charged if cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival.
