• Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• High season (28 September - 5 October 2008 / 24 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge 20% from the above rates.
• Credit card details are required as a guarantee to process the reservation.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival during low season or 30 (thirty) days during high season.

• Airport transfer services are available at Rp. 250,000 nett /car /way.
