are per room per night basis.
- Check
in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00
PM.

(one night deposit should be transfered 45 (fourty five) days
prior to arrival.
- Full
balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior to
arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment
is due immediately.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21
(twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during
peak season.
- No
show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will
be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Antique
Villa doesn't provide extra bed & baby cot.
- Payment
by Online Secure Page or bank transfer.
