  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2008 / 28 September - 5 October 2008) surcharge US$ 15 nett /room /night.
  • Peak season (24 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge US$ 28 nett /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night deposit should be transfered 5 (five) days after the reservation has made.
  • Full balance payment should be transfered at least 10 (ten) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival during low season or 30 (thirty) days during high season and peak season.
  • No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 12 nett /room /night.
  • No charge for maximum 1 children under 12 years old to share the same room with parents without extra bed.
  • Compulsory Lebaran Dinner surcharge: US$ 12 nett /person.
  • Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2008) Dinner surcharge: US$ 35 nett /person.
