Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00
PM.
- High
season (1 July - 31 August 2007) surcharge US$ 15 nett /room
/night.
- Peak
season (25 December 2007 - 6 January 2008) surcharge US$ 20
nett /room /night.

card details are required as a guarantee to process the reservation.

(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 30
(thirty) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during
peak season.
