Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

Peak season (21 December 2012 - 5 January 2013) surcharge US$ 27 /room /night.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days at high season or 45 (forty five) days at peak season.
3 (three) nights from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 30 (thirty) days before arrival at peak season or fully charged if the cancellation made less than 21 (twenty one) days before arrival.
