• Rates are per room per night basis.
• Check in and check out time at 12.00 noon and check in time 2.00 pm.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• High season (15 July - 31 August 2008 / 20 December 2008 – 10 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 23 /night for One Bedroom Villa or US$ 43 nett /night for Two Bedrooms Villa and US$ 63 nett /night for Three Bedrooms Villa.
• Credit card details are required as a guarantee to process the reservation.
• 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season, 30 (thirty) days during high season.
• Extra bed US$ 28 nett /night.
• Maximum 2 (two) children < 12 years old sharing bed with parents FOC in each villa.
• Payment on arrival to Bali Friendly by cash or credit card (Visa & Master) with additional 3% bank charge.
