Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

Peak season (20 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 22 nett /room /night.
1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season or 21 (twenty one) days during peak season.
