Terms
& Conditions:

Rates
are per villa per night basis.
-
Check
in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 11.00 AM.
-
A
deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within
7 (seven) days of booking confirmation. If a deposit is not
received within this time, the booking will be cancelled.
-
Final
payment is required 45 (fourty five) days prior to arrival
60 (sixty) days for Christmas/New Year bookings. If the balance
payment is not received by the due date, the villa reserves
the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

In
the case of bookings made 45 (fourty five) days prior to arrival,
full payment is required within 7 (seven) days.
-
For
credit card payment, payment due will be converted from US$
to Rupiah based on the exchange rate on date of transaction.
-
50%
penalty of total reservation value will be applied if cancellation
notice less than 45 (fourty five) days prior to arrival during
low season, or 60 (sixty) days on high & peak season.
-
Any
cancellation notice less than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival,
early check out or any reduction of stay period will be charged
100% of total reservation value.

Extra
person more than 12 years old will be charged US$ 52 nett
/night.
