Check in at 02.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate &
full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
- High
season (15 June - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 52 nett /room
/night.
- Peak
season (23 December 2008 - 3 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 102
nett /room /night.
- Full
payment should be done by cash or credit card at least 30 (thirty)
days prior to arrival. In case the reservation made less than
that, payment is due immediately.

within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season,
30 (thirty) days during high season & peak season.
- No
show will be subject to a penalty equal to one night cancellation
