  • Check in time at 1.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2008) surcharge US$ 22 nett / room /night.
  • Peak season (20 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge US$ 32 nett / room /night.
  • 50% deposit should be transfered within 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival.
  • Full balance payment should be transfered at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days at peak season.
  • 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival during peak season.
  • No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.

  • No additional charge for children under 12 years old sharing with the parents room without extra bed, additional breakfast charge US$ 6.00 nett /child /night.
