are per room per night basis.

Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from
room rate & full rate will be charged if checking
out after 6.00 PM.

season (15 July - 30 August 2008) surcharge US$ 17 nett
/room / night.
- Peak
season (25 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge US$
22 nett /room / night.
- 1
(one) night deposit should be transfered 45
(fourty five) days prior to arrival.
- Full
balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior
to arrival.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season
or 21 (twenty one) days at high season and 30 (thirty)
days at peak season.
- No
show, early check out or any reduction period of stay
will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
- Extra
bed US$ 27 nett /room /night.
- No
additional charge for children accompanying their parents
and use existing bed.
- Airport
transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 250,000
nett /way /car.
- Payment
