check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate &
full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

season (22 December 2007 - 5 January 2008) surcharge: US$ 73

- Full
payment should be transferred 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival
during low season or 45 (fourty five) days during high &
peak season.
- If
the booking is made less than 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival
during low season or 45 (fourty five) days during high &
peak season, full payment is required within 5 (five) working
days.
