  • Extended check out until 1.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

  • Peak season (24 December 2012 - 5 January 2013) surcharge: US$ 20 /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season or 21 (twenty one) days at high season and peak season.
  • No show will be charged 1 night of booking fee.
  • Early check-out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 30 /bed /night.
  • Extra bed surcharge US$ 40 /bed /night (valid since 1 April 2012).
  • Maximum 1 child (0 - 11 years old) is allowed to share bed in the same room with parents, breakfast will be charged US$ 15 /child.

  • Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2012) Dinner US$ 115 /person, discount 50% for children.
