Phil's Place is a brand-new 5-bedroom home provides boutique accommodation exclusively for gay men. The large 2-level house is open and airy in modern Balinese style, with a central pool. Each bedroom has air con, or open your doors wide to let the Bali breezes blow through from the pool or the garden.

  • Late check out until 6 PM will be charged 25%; after 6 PM and before 10 PM will be charged 50% of room rate (subject to room availability).
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
