Rates are per room per night basis.

Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season or within 21 (twenty one) days during peak season.

No show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.

Extra bed surcharge for adult US$ 27 /bed /night, for children (2 - 12 years old) US$ 12 /bed /night.

Airport transfer is available with additional charge Rp 100,000 /car /way during office hour (9.00 AM - 16.00 PM); before and after office hour, airport transfer charge is Rp 120,000 /car /way.

Compulsory New Year's Eve (31 December 2012) dinner for adult US$ 70 /person, for children under 12 years old US$ 40 /child.
