The location is at Petitenget (Seminyak) which is far more peaceful but still has a lot to offer. Only 30 minutes from international airport and few minutes to the beach. It is close to restaurants & entertainments and an ideal point for shopping & sightseeing. Access for shopping, bars, nightlife etc. within the Kuta area is a short taxi ride away.

• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.

  b . 21 - 25 January 2012
  c . 12 - 15 February 2012.
• Peak season (15 December 2011 - 5 January 2012) surcharge US$ 27 /room /night.
• Written cancellation or ammendment received within 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date during low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season, will be charged 1 (one) night room rate.
• Written cancellation or ammendment received less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival date during low season, 14 (fourteen) days during high season or 21 (twenty one) days during peak season, will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
• No show, early check out or any reduction in period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
• Extra bed surcharge US$ 22 /night for adult and US$ 17 /night for children.
• Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp 85,000 /way /car (valid for less than 3 nights stay).
• Full payment should be transferred immediately to secure the booking.
