  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 17 nett /room /night.
  • Peak season (23 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 22 nett /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night deposit should be transfered within 5 (five) days after reservasion.
  • Full balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days during peak season.
  • No show, cancellation notice less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of total reservation value.
