Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
- Extended
check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00

High season (1 - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 12 nett /room

- Peak
season (23 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge: US$

- 1
(one night deposit should be transfered 30 (thirty) days prior
to arrival.
- Full
balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior to
arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment
is due immediately.
- 1
(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 7 (seven) days before arrival at low season, 14 (fourteen)
days during high season or within 21 (twenty one) days during
peak season.
- No
show, early check out or any reduction period of stay will
be charged 100% of total reservation value.
- Extra
bed US$ 27 nett /room /night.
- No
additional charge for 2 children under 12 years old sharing
with the parents room without extra bed.
- Compulsory
New Year's Eve (31 December 2008) dinner surcharge US$ 100
nett /person, children under 12 years old get 50% discount
from adult's charge.
- Airport
transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 150,000
