& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00

- Minimum
stay 3 nights is required during high season & peak season.

within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21
(twenty one) days during high season or within 45 (forty five)
days during peak season.

of total reservation value will be charged for any cancellation
noticed less than 35 (thirty five) days during peak season.

show, early check out or any cancellation notice less than
15 (fifteen) days prior to arrival during high season, or
21 (twenty one) days during peak season will be charged 100%
