  • Rates are per room per night basis.
  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 27 nett /room /night.
  • Peak season (21 December 2008 - 7 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 37 nett /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night deposit of the total rental amount must be received within 5 (five) days after the reservation is made.
  • Full balance payment should be transfered 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment is due immediately.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21 (twenty one) days at high season and 30 (thirty) days at peak season.
  • No show, cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
  • Children 12 years old or under is not permitted stay in villa, however children aged 12 years old or above are considered as an adult.
  • Airport transfer services available at additional charge Rp. 85,000 nett /way /car.
