  • Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
  • Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
  • High season (1 July - 31 August 2008) surcharge: US$ 17 nett /room /night.
  • Peak season (24 December 2008 - 5 January 2009) surcharge: US$ 27 nett /room /night.
  • 1 (one) night deposit should be transfered 45 (fourty five) days prior to arrival. In case if booking made less than that, 1 (one) night deposit is due immediately.
  • 1 (one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21(twenty one) days at high season and 30 (thirty) days at peak season.
  • No show early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% from total reservation value.
