Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 11.00 noon.

check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00

season (20 December 2008 - 10 January 2009) surcharge: US$
32 net /room /night. Minimum stay 2 nights is required for
the guest who check in on 24, 25, 30 and 31 December 2008.

(one) night deposit should be transfered within 45 (fourty
five) days prior to arrival.

balance payment should be transfered 10 (ten) days prior to
arrival. In case if booking made less than that, full payment
is due immediately.

(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season, 21
(twenty one) days during high season and 30 (thirty) days
during peak season.
- No-show,
early check out or any reduction of period of stay will be charged
