Check in at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.

check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate
& full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00

card details are required as a guarantee to process
the reservation.

non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount
must be received within 5 (five) days after the reservation
is made (Holding Period).

payment of the total rental amount must be received at least
7 (seven) days before check in date for low season or 17
(seventeen) days for high and peak season.

the booking is made less than 8 (eight) days before check
in date for low season or 18 (eighteen) days for high and
peak season, full payment is required within 5 (five) working
days.

(one) night from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation
within 14 (fourteen) days before arrival at low season,
21 (twenty one) days during high season or within 30 (thirty)
days during peak season.

(one) night room charge will be applied if the guest check-out
earlier than the booking schedulle.

bed surcharge US$ 32 nett /room /night.

No
breakfast charge for children under 12 years old sharing
with the parents room.
