Located in the cosmopolitan district of Seminyak, Villa Satya is a fine example of tropical living at its very best. This stylish 4-bedroom residence has been realistically designed to optimize space, natural light and the backdrop of rice terrace views. Access to the villa is via a modern entrance gate painted red for prosperity, which reveals a welcoming Buddha statue in a stone niche. A series of steps bypass a small courtyard recess of yellow bamboo and opens up to a striking foyer cum entertainment area finished in creamy marble that becomes the focal point of the entire villa compound.

The living, kitchen and dining room is a spaciously integrated area where two entire walls of folding glass doors open up and merge into the outdoors. An 8-seat dining setting of distressed timber and high-backed cane chairs are positioned to overlook a charming garden pond created out of natural river stones surrounded by random plantings of indigenous flora. The kitchen facility, with walk-in pantry alcove, features all necessary equipment and tableware for convenient meal preparations. The decor is a combination of contemporary artworks and pre-loved artefacts. A comfortable cane lounge scattered with bright cushions complements this look of simple Asian elegance with its spontaneous burst of colour. The other feature here is a guest powder room discretely hidden behind a decorative Balinese door fitting.

The upper level of Villa Satya is accessed by an unimposing staircase that neither competes for space or hinders the aesthetic design flow. Located here are two additional sun-filled double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring separate bath and shower facilities. A private sun terrace shaped to curve over the pool environment below is blessed with a vista of verdant greenery provided by a natural boundary of mature trees and a neighbouring rice field.

 

• Rates are per room per night basis.
• Check in time at 2.00 PM and check out time at 12.00 noon.
• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• Minimum stay 4 (four) nights will be applied during high season period.
• Final payment should be transferred 55 (fifty five) days prior to arrival or 70 (seventy) days for Christmas & New Year bookings. Final payment are non-refundable.
• If the booking is made less than 56 (fifty six) days prior to arrival or 71 (seventy one) days for Christmas & New Year bookings, full payment is required within 5 (five) working days.
• Deposit will be refunded in full, less US$ 125 nett, if the reservation is cancelled 55 (fifty five) days or more prior to arrival or 70 (seventy) days during Christmas & New Year booking. In the event a reservation cancelled less than that, the deposit will be forfeited.
