• Extended check out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% from room rate & full rate will be charged if checking out after 6.00 PM.
• High season (15 July - 31 August 2011) surcharge US$ 27 /villa /night.
• 50% from total room blocking charge prior to cancellation within 21 (twenty one) days before arrival at low season or 35 (thirty five) days at high season & peak season (20 December 2011 - 5 January 2012).
• No show, any cancellation noticed less than 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, early check out or any reduction period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.
• Third person or extra bed required at US$ 37 /bed /night inclusive breakfast.
• Children from 6 - 11 yo gets 50% discount from adult's meal charge, normal extra bed charge applies.
• Children from 0 - 5 yo gets complimentary breakfast and extra bed set-up.
