Terms & Conditions :
  • Rates are per room per package basis.
  • Confirmation deposit of 25 % is required within 10 days from reservation. Balance Payment (BP) is due in our account minimum 60 days prior to commencement of services.
  • All rates are quoted net in US Dollars. The invoices sent abroad will be billed in US Dollars (or Euro upon request) Prices may be changed without prior notice but reservations are secured at the rate they were booked at provided the payment schedule has been adhered to. Full balance by cash or ‘Telegraphic Transfer’ (net of charges) is due minimum 60 days before commencement of services. Personal or company cheques are not accepted unless approved in writing.
  • Credit card details are required as a guarantee to process the reservation.
  • A US$ 200 per person cancellation fee applies for cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure. Cancellations made 60 to 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a US$ 400 per person fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are subject to a US$ 600 per person admin / cancellation fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 30 days of departure. If Confirmation Deposit or Balance Payment does not reach Wakatobi Resorts within the said period, reservation will be cancelled / replaced without prior notice. Substitution of passengers is permitted.
  • 90 days prior to departure, guests are required to submit flight arrival / transfer and hotel information as well as any special dietary requests and request for rental gear.
  • Payment on arrival to Wakatobi or Bali Friendly by cash or credit card (Visa & Master) with additional 3% bank charge.
  • Child / teen pricing :
    - 0 - 3 years old Free of charge. Babysitter available on request.
    - 4 - 9 years old 30% of non-diver rate.
    - 10 - 14 years old 50% of non-diver / diver rate (Bungalow shared with parents).
    - 14 - 17 years old 80% of non-diver / diver rate (Bungalow not shared with parents).
  • Single travelers :
    If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will attempt to find a roommate for you. All efforts will be made to allocate separate accommodations or have you share a room with the same gender. If you do not want to share a room, an additional 75% single supplement charge will apply.
  • Travel Insurance is mandatory. Refunds are not given unless cancellation policy is adhered to. This includes factors beyond your control such as medical problem, airline strikes, bad weather etc.
